Persona Design

  • Led strategic repositioning (SaaS to consultancy-hybrid), resulting in first paying clients

    on platform (from zero) and improved enterprise resonance.

  • Prepared board materials, founder narratives, client decks and speaking points across

    engineering, charity and aviation sectors.

  • Implemented operational systems (Notion, HubSpot, Clay) to unify workflows and create

    visibility of the client funnel.

  • Rebuilt website, pricing and P&L model to support new commercial strategy.

OUTBOUND collects prepaid parcels straight from your doorstep — same-day hand-off to your chosen courier.

This year I designed and launched a hyperlocal parcel pickup service from scratch. Concept to live operation, built solo.

  • Raised £500k+ seed funding and in-kind investment; prepared board material and

  • Built and led technical/creative team of 10+; delivered mobile AR products for media/entertainment.

  • Secured strategic IP partnerships with Disney and Universal Music Group.

  • Represented UK innovation on UKTI GREAT trade missions (USA, EU, China).

  • Awards: Founders Forum Rising Star USA (2013), Hospital Club Hot 100 (2012), BPI Startup of the Year (2012).
